| By February 2004 the walls are at full height and the basis of the roof is in place. The walls are made from Beco blocks - these are hollow polystyrene like blocks that fit together almost like Lego, they are then filled with concrete and reinforcing rods (which can be seen emerging from the top of the walls in many of the pictures in Gallery One) so that structure and insulation are dealt with as one item. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
